We are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of the personal information you share with us. The purpose of this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy," “Policy,” or “Agreement”) is to inform you about how we collect your personal information when you visit the HUB, where we provide you with our services, and the choices you have regarding our collection, use, sharing, and protection of your information related to our offerings. The Atlas HUB is a private company website and is for the use and benefit of current Atlas employees ONLY. Its express purpose is to streamline communication and provide a single access point to reference internal Atlas information & documents. You are in no way required to use the Atlas HUB website if you are an employee of the Atlas Companies.

 

The Information We Collect

You must have a valid, Atlas companies email address and provide your full first and last legal name as it is documented in Atlas HR records in order to access and browse the HUB. You are not required to provide any additional personally identifiable information to gain access to the HUB. While on the HUB, you may order and buy products, enter promotions & contests, participate in surveys, complete questionnaires or other "information request" forms, or otherwise communicate with us via email. In order to utilize, participate in or otherwise access such products, services or other offerings, you may be required to provide us with your personally identifiable information, which is information that, alone or in combination with other information, allows us to identify you, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, contact preferences, or information relating to a support or service issue. The Atlas HUB is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell Atlas Merchandise to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by the HUB adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

If you provide us with your personally identifiable information, you are giving us permission to use that information for the specific purpose for which it is provided and for any other purpose described in this Privacy Policy. Users unwilling to provide personally identifiable information online can choose not to provide such information, and in some (but not all) situations users may be able to work with a marketing team member to utilize our services or other site offerings without providing personally identifiable information.

 

How We Use the Information

The products or services provided by Business Providers are offered in connection with a product or service we offer on the HUB. Third Parties Performing Functions on Our Behalf: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include fulfilling orders, sending postal mail and email, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. In connection with their performance of these functions on our behalf, we may share personally identifiable information with such companies and individuals as needed for them to perform their functions on our behalf, but they may not use it for other purposes. If you do not allow us to share your information with these third party providers providing services on our behalf, we may not be able to provide you with products or services.

Our Commitment to Security

Sign-Up Setting & User Information:

The Atlas HUB is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix contracts security consultants to ensure the security of our user information. They perform regular security audits and infiltration testing to maintain our ISO/PCI security certifications. Any issues that are reported to our security team or raised during security audits these are resolved as soon as possible. Wix encrypts databases containing sensitive information, according to PCI standards, to add additional protection of personally identifiable information. Our encryption methods renders this information unreadable without a cryptographic key. Wix has a multiple layer security architecture to help protect against 0-day security issues. Wix's signup and login services are completed through a secure server. The information provided to Wix in the signup process is secured via HTTPS/ SSL communication. Wix uses cryptography hash functions to protect your information. Your password is stored as a hash digest and, in the event of a security breach, your original password cannot be recovered from our servers.

 

We have in place what we believe to be reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access of, maintain data security for and correctly use the personally identifiable information you have provided or that we otherwise collect on our Website.

 

How You Can Access or Correct Information

You may obtain information regarding the personally identifiable information that you provide or we collect about you via our Website to view and correct any factual errors in such information. Access to personally identifiable information that you provide or we collect via the HUB may be accessible for a limited period of time after the point of collection. For example, if you created a password-protected account within the HUB, you may return to that portion of the website to review the personally identifiable information you provided. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the state in which our business is located, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in that state for all disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy.
