WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

Above and Beyond Solutions

Kevin Gilbert

Road Technician, Atlas Toyota

Review:

“... That doesn't change the fact that your technician took the time to try to find a way to service one of your customers. I find that to be rare these days...

"I wanted to take the time this morning to pay compliments to your service tech, Kevin.

Kevin has been here several times, and he is always friendly and professional.

He always takes the time to walk us through what he’s working on and always gives us updates on current or potential issues with our forklift fleet. He was in yesterday and was working on our Raymond order picker. We told him about an error code that comes up whenever we turn it on. Kevin tried to fix the problem but was unable due to a passcode issue. A past Raymond technician changed the passcode and never gave it to us.

Anyway, After Kevin left our facility, he must’ve kept thinking about our problem and took the time to look up solutions. I was surprised to see him again this morning. He explained that he was back because he thought he had a fix to our error code problem. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to clear the message, again due to the passcode in the picker. But that doesn’t change the fact that your technician took the time to try to find a way to best service one of your customers. I find that to be rare these days, and I am very impressed with Kevin’s efforts and his work ethic. I hope that this email properly conveys our appreciation for your service department, and Kevin in particular. It reflects very positively on your leadership."

5-Star Service

Matthew Martinez

Field Technician, Atlas Toyota

Review:

“...  He took the time to answer the questions we had and we really appreciate his great customer service."

"Just wanted to say that Matt Martinez provided great customer service when performed a service call for us on 2/29/2024. He took the time to explain everything clearly so that we could understand what he was going to do and what he did to fix our power jack. He took the time to answer the questions we had, and we really appreciate his great customer service."

PET SPOTLIGHT

A Chosen Family

Joaquin Fernandez received a special visitor one day, and the rest is history!

Smokey (the mom) graciously chose the Fernandez family to care for her through her maternity. Though the kittens have since found their forever homes, the family couldn't resist keeping just one - Tiny!

Catch Tiny zipping through the house to find the nearest closet to hide in or snuggled up in bed with the kids for sweet dreams. 💤

Snack Connoisseur

Tito (4) is no stranger to a good treat!

This guy has a heart as big as his appetite! When he's not busy munching on whatever he can get his owner, Mike Heyden, to serve him, you can find him living his best life in the passenger seat or frolicking through the sprinklers to stay cool. 💦

Tito's zest for life is as contagious as his adorable puppy dog eyes.

The Culinary Master

Cooper (7) is quite the foodie extraordinaire with a flair for tricks!

This charming pup's favorite snacks include broccoli, hamburgers, and steak - talk about gourmet taste!

When he's not indulging in 5-star meals prepared by owner Brian Soderstrom, this talented guy can be found wowing the crowd with his signature trick: rolling over and playing dead. ☠

The Unlikely Duo

Stoney (1) is a walking enthusiast and wrestling champ! With a palate as diverse as her personality, she's a true foodie at heart with too many favorites to list.

Millhouse (7) reigns supreme in the cuddle department, often found snoozing in the cozy confines of owner Jeffrey Smith's sweatshirt hood. His guilty pleasure? Devouring hornworms like there's no tomorrow!

From Trash to Treasure

Tim Michonski \ Shop Lead Technician, ATMH | Elk Grove Village, IL

Do you have a knack for seeing potential in the things that others consider to be trash? Well, you might just relate to Tim! As a seasoned welder, Tim has spent a good chunk of his life mastering his craft.

It all started a few years back when Tim was constantly noticing different tools and metal parts being sold or thrown away because they were broken. Instead of seeing them as trash, he saw them as raw materials for his next creative endeavor! That's when Tim decided to dive headfirst into the world of welded metal art.

Tim has since turned these forgotten remnants into something truly special - pieces that not only showcase his welding skills but also tell a story of transformation and ingenuity. Each creation is a labor of love that brings new life to old, discarded objects.
